Samadhi Storyline

Daniel J. Schmidt, creator of the award-winning documentary Inner Worlds Outer Worlds, has gifted humanity yet again with the long-awaited Samadhi film. Daniel’s breathtaking fractal and musical compositions are woven through this comprehensive documentary, which beautifully explores the perennial wisdom and unfathomable truth that is Samadhi; the awakening from the illusion of Maya or identification with an individual “I”. This film is a must see for anyone who is interested in journeying beyond the world of self, to our true nature beyond name and form.

Samadhi Movie Reviews

Good…

This film is very complex and reflective, finally I still don’t know how to find my samadhi, too deep to capture, too intense for me to understand, demands a lot from the sensitive’s unconscious plus a necessary film to stop, breathe, think, and act…

So called spiritual movie

Only for brainwashed people who struggle to maintain beliefs from 5k years ago. The modern mind , the quantum physicist , will not find anything useful here. The movie is actually a paradox, born from the ego of one person – it pictures that perfectly . Even his voice exhales those egotistic patterns.

It’s okay

I get the purpose of wanting a better understanding of life and of who we are, but no one, including the director/writer of this movie, owns the truth. It’s a perspective, a collection of books, religions, movies and thoughts that he is putting together. Some things said are unfounded, such as hunger in the world is increasing. It’s actually decreasing. In that sense we are better off today than we were hundreds of years ago. The tone of voice tries to be persuasive, tries to put you into a meditative state but instead comes out as annoying. Overall I give it a 6/10 because there are some thoughts that are worth exploring.
