Really bad
A movie that took the worst American clichés and combined them with the worst Romanian clichés. Bonus, countless advertisements for casinos. Bad actors. The only people who would appreciate such a mess of a film are those who have received fines from the police and now feel vindicated (that’s all the intelligence they have).
On top of that, the acting performance is poor. Only two or three are actual actors, the rest are YouTubers, vloggers, and singers. This is reflected in the already weak quality of the movie’s script.
The movie aims to be a comedy that tackles issues with the Romanian police, but the result is entirely the opposite. It turns into a festival of cringe.
Terrible, couldn’t think that anything worse can exist
I didn’t have many expectations since all wanna be Romanian comedies are awful ( the ones where Bromania acts to be more precisely), but this one is just the worst “comedy” ever seen. Bad humor, bad “actors” who are actually a bunch of influencers gathered together with no evident talent, very very long for the boring story-line if I can call it so.
I do not understand why Anca Dumitra who is the only one capable and talented actress in the movie accepted to play in something like this. Who on earth can enjoy and laugh at something so stupid with 0 humor, 0 talent, 0 plot. Dont waste your time!
A very bad parody
The movie gives a lot of hints that it wants to be a parody of the actual state the Romanian police and politicians are today, however even for a parody it is very bad. The story is poorly written, the characters are poorly written, the acting is bad, it is difficult to find something good about this movie. Maybe the good thing is that for a Romanian movie it had improvements in shooting and stunts, still fighting scenes needed a lot more to look good. The main characters is simply stupid all throughout the movie, it doesn’t evolve in any way, they try at the end to make him come out in a way but that takes 20 seconds and that’s it. Even when trying to milk in the Romanian nostalgia for a beloved character from the 90s it is still poorly executed.
I was impressed by the trailer and immediately wanted to buy tickets to see it but I regret it, definitely one can wait until it comes out on different platforms, you are not missing out on anything. I laughed for 2 minutes and face palmed the rest of the movie.
