My Fake Boyfriend Storyline

In the film, a young man in a tricky situation (Keiynan Lonsdale) follows the advice of his unconventional best friend (Dylan Sprouse) and uses social media to create a fake boyfriend to keep his awful ex-lover out of his life. But everything backfires when he meets the real love of his life, and breaking up with his fake boyfriend proves hard to do.

Funny, diverse and feel good vibes

Loved the cast in this, really ramped up in the middle and took you on a fun JOURNEY!

Love the diversity, the messaging and an overall great vibe. Keiynan is just such a cutie pie. Aussie represent too!!!!!

Problematic

Deception is rewarded and everything else in this film is vaguely incoherent and incomprehensible. At times the characters come across as if the screenwriter had never met a human.

Cast diversity is nice for pride month, just wish the film was better.

Just Don’t-

The plot in general is lousy, there is no common sense, it is all so unreal and dramatic in a simply absurd sense, the only good thing are the actors who participated, many have had an excellent career, and others who are not so well known did an excellent job but the film itself, and the organization everything was just horrible.
