The Covid Killer Storyline
Will Jordan, an incompetent detective, and his rookie partner Martina Pippen must traverse the streets of New York in a race against time to stop a serial killer who is taking advantage of Governor Cuomo’s mask mandate by wearing a generic covid mask to hide his identity while he preys on the citizens of New York during the coronavirus pandemic.

less than desirable
The acting is less than desirable. Overall the entire movie is somewhat Tacky. There is Left Wing Propaganda in parts of the movie. At least they did get “Make America Great Again” in at the end edited scenes between credits. The plot was actually decent. Camera work was good. Seriously, they tried to leave this open for a sequel with Hammer Man?
I like shoes
The film centers on Detective Will Jordan (Mike Benz) who is hunting the serial killer in New York. The film attempts to bring a message by showing us the worst of Donald Trump during the pandemic. The killer preys on women and there is also a copycat killer.
The acting and dialogue were bad. Will gets suspended and turns his badge in, but later he has a badge. A girl is taking a shower. They pull the curtain back and she is wearing a towel. Light at times.
